This is a question that I pose to all my BUYERS.  Do you know who the new home builder representative work for?  Most people say that they work for the buyer that signs the contract.  The builders' representatives work for the home builder.  So, if they work for the home builder who represents your best interest? 🤔 I'm going to let you guess...

They are employed and work for the BUILDER.... NOT you.  Everyone needs someone that will look out for their best interest with purchasing a new 🏘.
